​​​Bluebird Mug

This 12-oz. mug  features a small flock of bluebirds in flight, surrounded by leaves and flowers.  It is about 4 inches high, with a diameter of about 4 inches, excluding the handle.  The painting continues inside the cup and along the handle.   

My passion for bluebirds began when I lived with a family of Eastern Bluebirds for several years in a Connecticut meadow. One became so tame he would land on my hand when I called him.
